Ignores two important things:
#1 Quantum Mechanics hasn't proved the Copenhagen Interpretation beyond a shadow of doubt, thus "penny in a type of both states at the same time while spinnning" might actually be dead wrong, and in fact is most likely dead wrong.
#2 Economics. Even if you believe the Copenhagen Interpretation of QM, using super-cooling refridgerators sure doesn't look cost-effective for the "return" you MIGHT get which is itself unproved.
