I’d like to start posting images to Yours.org after a taking a hiatus. I can’t remember how to do it or where to find the instructions. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Upload the image/audio/video to some website first. On Yours, place the text cursor where you want to insert the image. You'll see two grey icons to the left of the textbox. Click the leftmost option and you'll be asked for the image/audio/video URL.
