If quantum mechanics speak to what reality is made of, and we have quantum orbits that rule the manifest world, how does that not invalidate the basic premise of "the lack of rulers"?
I find the question interesting and would like to see where I've made an error in reasoning, if I have.

Without being an expert on quantum mechanics, I'd have to say that the error in your reasoning can be identified as a false equivalency. Social rule is not equivalent to the sort of "rulers" we see in the physical world on an atomic level.
