Is Yours.org already in its death throes?
I'm getting more and more concerned about the lack of letting new people sign up, but moreso the lack of information on both why this is the case and how long it will be the case. I personally care because I planned to try and get some more creators on here to add to the content, but found that was not possible at this time. The only statements I can find on the problem is a user @malkavian saying that Ryan told him they would be back up next week. This was unfortunately 4 weeks ago as of this writing.
So what gives? How can this platform grow when it is quickly turning into just a handful of participants? There is a critical mass for any platform, and the growth of this one has been nipped in the bud and there is zero communication on when that will be remedied. No wonder this is quickly turning into a den of people spamming and begging. There's no way for real content creators to join in and provide some actual content to rise above all that.
Ryan posted a youtube about solving the on-boarding problem with the moneybutton. Well let's see if we can solve the problem of on-boarding people onto yours.org.
