Yes...I didn't save my mnemonic, because I thought, let's just try this out for two weeks, I don't need to deposit anything right now and what can possibly go wrong in that small time frame. But it did, and the problem here is not just I am stupid, I should have saved the mnemonic. Although yes that was so irresponsible of me, most of the time I am really careful with these things. But here me out. I wrote down my login password, i used it for two weeks with no problem at all, and this morning, when I tried to enter, the platform said that the password is incorrect. I wrote it down on the paper, hell, I even had it saved in my word document. The password was correct by all logic. But no. Then I thought, ok, maybe it's a bug. Did you try to turn it on and off again? Yes. Still nothing. So the only way that you can reset the password if you don't have the mnemonic is to let Yours Network - WIPE YOUR WALLET. I mean, seriously? I don't care for 3 bucks that I lost that I earned here, but man, it's that easy? And where all that money goes? Did someone here had the same stupid experience as me or at least thought about this? Thank you!

ask Ryan directly at support@yours.org. Maybe they keep a backup of previous accounts in case you can remember your password ?
Or consider that $3 was a very cheap price to pay to learn that saving your mnemonics is a crucial step in the crypto world. Some people lost thousands because of this. In the future we will probably have more options to make backups safer.

I don't get it, they can retrieve your account, but withold your funds? Sounds scammy to me. Like, you know, it's really expensive to give you your password back, so we need to take your money. Am I missing something?

You can reset the password through your email that you used for setting up Yours account.
The money you've earned stays in that same BCH address of your account. You could have withdrawn it if you had saved your mnemonic. :/
