In the last 25 years, a strategic and conceptual conception of a political, economic and social phenomenon on planet Earth has been developed, which has been creating new forms of international exchange for a long time, beyond the rigid positions of what is being known as "borders between states", and that is what sociology has called "globalization", in which it has increasingly had a greater impact on other disciplines, such as the commercial, financial, military and communicational dimension, among others, and that is where the consensus of globalization stands out: the Internet, like "the information highway" ... in which, theorists who defend globalizing approaches, argue: what happens in one part of the world affects other places, where distances are relativized. .

That means that any political analysis of the situation or situation, which has solid arguments, must take into account in a vitally strategic way the international dimension ... this allows us to infer that we are now in the presence of other forms of globalization, than the right international handles with great skill and unethical and is to have globalized political irresponsibility and false positives ... blame the Venezuelan government for all social difficulties, popular revolts and any type of street demonstration, as they have been happening in this hectic October in places like Ecuador, Colombia, Haiti and Chile, which present some common indicators: they are protests against the policies of the neoliberal government and blame Venezuela for being the main responsible for promoting and leading, all the social upheaval ...
