Hi Glenn,
Are you using a plugin or browser setting that causes you to log out frequently? We set the session to infinite so you should not have to log in regularly - you should stay logged in.

Ryan, No, I’m not using any plugins. But I do log off sometimes because I ran into trouble once when I tried to log in on my iPad when it was still logged in on my desktop. So I thought it messes up when I try to log in at the same time from two different places. Therefore I’ve been logging off lately.
It needs more research becasue I was never sure what went wrong. I really didn’t experiment any more with it because it’s such a pain to reset the password every time this happens.
So now I’ll leave it logged in on both devices to see if that still is a problem.

Hi Glenn,
Theoretically there is no problem with being logged in at the same time from multiple devices, but there may be a bug. More likely there is a bug with the login process. OK, we've taken note of this issue. There must be a bug with the login process. We're not currently sure what might be the cause. If anybody figures out how to reproduce the issue, please contact us at support@yours.org and let us know. Being able to reproduce it will be extremely helpful for debugging.

Ryan, I tried leaving both my iPad and my desktop logged in for the last day or two. So far I had no trouble. Each device stayed logged in when I came back.
I don’t really know what happened when I first started using Yours that made me think I could only have one device logged in a a time. But that Theory is now proven to be wrong. Being logged in twice is no problem as you pointed out.
The only problem that remains is that if I were to log off, every once in a while I can’t log back in without going through the process of resetting my password.
The next time that happens I will make screen shots to email to you. I guess I’ll have to log off once in a while in order to make that happen, but I’m glad to be able to help you and I’ll send you whatever info I can accumulate about the issue and whatever I can determine is required to reproduce the problem.

I had this problem as well and I emailed about having to reset my password. This was a while ago. It might be your ublock origin plugin or something. Ever since I switched ublock origin of for yours.org I have not had problems anymore.

I don't have any ad blockers or ublock. However, I haven't had this problem anymore for the last two days. Maybe the problem was fixed.
