I'm in a real bind. I can't get into my Turbotax account. I also can't get in contact with anyone about it, because, evidently, being contacted is not something Intuit does. Every published solution requires me to either log in first, which I can't do, or go through a very standard account recovery process, which will not work for me because for reasons unknown, my phone will not receive their identity confirmation text messages. Even the "verify another way" option won't work because it requires information from last year's tax preparation, which I don't have. Even posting questions to the community requires being logged in first. So since I can't talk to anyone, and can't log in, I can't get the job done; all my efforts keep sending me in circles. Meanwhile, my tax information remains under lock and key. Without that, I can't even pursue any alternative means of preparation. All I can do is keep trying to remember my password, which, at this stage, locks me out from trying again at fifteen minute intervals.
Any tips or thoughts on this predicament would be very much appreciated.
